Kelly Michelle Stables is a St. Louis Missouri native who performed in The Muny Opera. The University of Missouri Columbia conferred her with a BA (with distinction) in Theatre and Communications. When she moved into Los Angeles she quickly got involved in theater arts acting as well as choreographing over a dozen musicals and plays like The Little Foxes Brady Bunch: The Musical Peter Pan at the Thousand Oaks Civic Light Opera and 7 title roles in Los Angeles' award-winning Storybook Theatre. Kelly was able to land movie and television roles after she learned improvisation, and later became a Theatre West company member. Kelly's unique voice and small stature have allowed her to perform a wide range of roles. She's best known as Naomi Watts' evil Samara in The Ring 2, but her most well-known role is as the fun receptionist on Two and a Half Men. From 2011 to 2015 Kelly played a paralegal at-day/party night hopper as a Series regular for the TV Land show The Exes. Additionally, she played Alyssa's sassy sexpert sibling on ABC's Romantically Challenged. On the CW's No Tomorrow she portrayed the stress-stricken suburban mom. She has lent her singing voice to a variety of animated shows like Doc McStuffins Tom & Jerry Sofia the First. She was most recently seen in NBC's smash comedy Superstore as the sluggish, but lovable Cloud 9 worker. She is married with two young kids and has a peaceful house. She loves to write, sew and volunteer at schools.
